Science

• Watch the following video on Uranus.  

• Write 3 sentences about Uranus.  Let us know what you learned!

Handwriting 

• I want you to look back through your handwriting book.  Do you notice improvement since the beginning of the year?  Are you making corrections and learning as you work each week?  
• Complete p. 85-88

History- 

• Read the page "A Soldier's Life" (in your red folder)
• Read the front panels of our Soldier's Uniforms.  Learn about the differences in the uniforms of the British soldiers and the uniforms of the Continental (army of the American colonies) soldiers.
• Color each uniform accurately. 

• We will not begin our poster activity until next week!

• Read chapters 2 & 3 in Revolutionary War on Wednesday. 
• Don't read chapter 3!  Bring it to class with you!

Journal-

• This journal entry is all about Easter!  Write any story that you'd like about Easter.... it's coming up soon!
• Try to work on the following things:
• Start sentences with a capital letter.
• End sentences with punctuation.
• Work on your handwriting!
• Use transition words to help your story flow.
• Use descriptive adjectives and adverbs when you can!
