Due March 1 & 2

March Tuition is Due Next Week

Farm Fusion
    • Here are some ideas to help you with this week's farm fusion story--
      • Emus! Someone in class asked what Han and Chewie are going to think about these weird birds once they are outside. That could be a great story!
      • The barn cats and their adventures on the farm could always be a great story starter.
      • For those who stay for science, we talked about different types of clouds and what they mean about the weather. You could combine this lesson with the farm animals. Do you think they can tell when it's going to rain? Which animals would be excited about all this rain?
      • The baby bunnies could make a great story!
      • I showed you different types of eggs today in class. You could write a creative story about one of these different types of eggs.
      • NEEDED-- If anyone has any old towels, we could use them as we prep for spring kidding season! Also, if you have a couple old blankets in your donation pile, I'd love those, as well! Let the games BEGIN!

    Money

    • Continue to work on money counting and skip counting. Skip counting songs will make multiplication facts easier later on!

     Handwriting

    • As always, work on writing daily! The more we write, the easier it will get!
    • Work on 2-3 pages of your handwriting book this week. Remember, it isn't about getting the pages completed, it's about using the pages to actively practice. I'll check individual progress in class when we return.

Here is a list of OPTIONAL videos and lessons that you can use this week. They correlate with our last class day!
