  • Keep those awesome stories coming!  I love your awesome creativity, handwriting, and hard work!  Here are some ideas for this week:
    • Baby bunnies!
    • The rabbits in the large pen are tunneling all over the place!  Write a story about what they might be up to!
    • Write a story about how Clay the cow feels about being the only cow in the "kid" pen.
    • I told the story about how one of our fence guys KICKED a rotten emu egg!  See if you can use this as a hilarious story starter!

  • I love, love, love seeing your handwriting improve so much!!  Please keep up the good work!
    • This week, complete 3 more pages in your book, and try to write your farm fusion story by hand.

Things to do by 4/26 & 4/27

 Announcements

  • Last day of class is May 11!

Farm Fusion
  • I can't wait to read your stories in class!  Here are some ideas for you:
    •  Baby bunnies have arrived!  Baby bunnies are called "kits".  These are only three days old, so they have no fur and their eyes are closed.
    • If you were a seed sprouting in our garden here at the farm, what would you be thinking?  What would you see, hear, feel?  Do you think a seed would like to be in our garden?  Write a story as if YOU were the seed/plant!
    • As always, you can write any story of your choice!

Handwriting
  • Keep working on your handwriting!
  • Complete 2-3 pages in your handwriting book, but also WRITE in your at-home assignments with your parents.  It's a skill that takes daily work!
